Processing time: Following receipt of your complete personalization information, you will receive a ketubah proof within 5 business days. Our standard processing time, including standard shipping, is 3-4 weeks. This timeline depends on a 24-48 hour review window for you and your Rabbi/Officiant to approve the design and text of your ketubah.

Processing time for rush orders is 2-3 weeks, including shipping. Please contact us to confirm your date before purchasing a Rush upgrade.

Shipping: Standard shipping is included with your order and fulfilled via UPS Ground. Your ketubah will ship from Illinois and takes 3-10 days to arrive.

Rush shipping is included with your rush upgrade, and is fulfilled via UPS 2nd Day.

We do not offer returns, but we have a tireless commitment to making sure you have a ketubah you love in excellent condition and quality on your wedding day. In the exceptionally rare event of damage in transit, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.
